Q. I am having trouble uploading my documents. Can you
help?
A. You can e-mail the documents to me at
patrick@holdmywill.com. If you are having problems with
your e-mail or uploading the documents, you can send your
documents to me for scanning. We can scan your documents,
store them, and then return your documents to you. Our

Q. How do I pay for your
services?
A. Once you provide your e-mail, we can electronically
invoice you through paypal. Otherwise, you can send us a
check through the mail and that would work also. If you
have any other problems, feel free to give us a call.
Q. Can I securely store other documents like real estate
deeds, insurance policies and birth certificates?
A. Yes. It is probably a good idea. If you store them
electronically with us, it would give you easier access in
case the originals are lost.
