I understand that the fee for document storage for a ten (10) year period is $40. Documents that exceed 5MB will incure an additional $15 for every additional 5MB of storage that is used. *

I understand that there is a $30 handling and scanning charge for documents that are delivered (not electronically) to our office for processing/scanning. Documents submitted to our office by mail will be returned by US Mail unless another form of delivery is requested. If overnight is requested, additional charges may apply. *

There will be a $35.00 printing and handling charge for each request for printed reproduction of the documents. *
