Secure Storage of Estate Planning Documents

www.holdmywill.com is a service website I developed to allow people to have secure online storage of important estate planning documents. As an attorney, I have been told numerous stories about mysteriously "lost" or "misplaced" estate planning documents after the death of family members. It is my intention to help remove those controversies with this website. Customers can upload their documents and designate the person(s) that are permitted to have access to the documents. When requested, we can electronically store and deliver documents so that family members have confidence that wills and trusts do not disappear. If you are comfortable with computers or scanning documents, you can send your documents to us. We can scan them and store them. Once the documents are scanned, we will return the paper copies to you. If you want your documents, just let us know. You can have them electronically delivered through e-mail within minutes. You can also tell your friends and family that we have electronic copies of your documents. At your direction, we can e-mail or mail copies to anyone you want.
