We offer a service that will electronically store your important estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney for health care, living wills, etc.). Your important documents can be mailed to our office for scanning and storage. You can also e-mail or upload your electronic documents to us. We can notify your family or friends that you have stored your will or other documents with us. People whom you designate can be authorized to have access to or receive your digital documents under terms and conditions that you decide. Avoid family disputes. Store your documents with us so that your documents will not get stolen, lost or destroyed. The attorney that prepared your will may not be available when your family needs a copy. Our service is designed to give you peace of mind that your important documents will not be lost. Have confidence that your estate planning documents are securely stored. We maintain true and accurate digital copies of your trusts, wills and other estate planning documents for you and your family.
You can send or upload your important documents for storage.
Upon request, we can electronically deliver your documents to anyone you designate when you sign up for our service. We will have your documents safely stored in our network with daily off-site backup for your protection.
